All Natural Beef

We offer the best all natural meats! We feed our animals all natural feeds, no chemicals, antibiotics, or growth hormones. They are raised outside in the fresh air, with barns to go in to get out of the weather.

We use a USDA Certified Butcher shop for all of our processing. All of our meats are vacuum sealed to keep them fresh longer.

Grassfed products tend to be much lower in total fat than grainfed products. For example, a sirloin steak from a grassfed steer has about one half to one third the amount of fat as a similar cut from a grainfed steer.

All Natural Berkshire Pork

Our all natural pork products have been processed and handled in compliance with USDA natural standards. These standards prohibit the use of artificial ingredients, coloring ingredients, or chemicals and require minimal meat processing.

All Natural Chicken

Our all natural cornish rock broilers tastes great because we raise our chickens right. They're humanely treated, raised in a cage-free environment, and fed all natural grains and fresh water.

All Natural Grass Fed Lamb

We raise a small herd of grass fed sheep. Not only is grass a more natural diet for sheep and other ruminants, but it results in more healthful products. Grass-fed animals accumulate more Omega-3 type fats in their meat. They have more CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), an anti-fat, cancer-fighting fatty acid. Grass-fed meat is higher in protein, vitamin E, and beta carotene than grain-fed meat. Grass-fed is also deemed better for the environment because grasslands protect against soil erosioin and nutrient run-off and have countless other ecological benefits.

Free-Range Farm Fresh Eggs

Our hens spend the majority of their day on grasses and are free to scratch for bugs, graze weeds, and lie down in the warmth of the sun with plenty of room to spread their wings. Our eggs are collected, hand washed, and boxed daily.

Our stand is located in the "Shanty" on the farm at 78 Thomson Road in Bethlehem. Here we sell fresh produce, free-range farm fresh eggs, and our all natural meats. Our motto is "Get Fresh, Buy Local".

Hay

We are a family farm specializing in the production of hay consisting of a timothy, brome, orchard grass mix. We have 90 acres of the best quality first and second cutting hay you can get.
